They were an actual, legit company before the RM, so no need to pull the stinky-pinky crap now. That debt is very manageable by any private entity producing decent revs. Offers a tax benefit as well. My biggest Q is what kind of $$ that private entity is generating. They are private so not needing to report anything yet. Keeping an eye out for any filings post name-change.
