I posted this to AJ's thread. It is interesting for anyone interested in P/C. He notes that the QQQ options players have not been a contrarian indicator. Their stubborn contrary play over the last couple of years has made them big winners. And they follow this rally by getting more and more contrarian every day.

Zeev, Greenie Talks Tuesday andthe way market is and the way Greenspan has been talking optimistic, i see Monday strong in anticipation of Greenspan and if AG says the right words i see that the launching of the final phase of rally as it builds to "blows-off" this which would include SPX ripping above 1010 to 1050. We are now at July 11th and i am hoping to see a reversal confirmation before August 7th. Again i am trying to peg this to when those deep in the green and having reached the 12month 15% capital gains tax point then will start their exodus.Max p.s. my dailies simply don't show we have topped out.
