I'd put Niger at about 1% of getting done at this point. It would be a pleasant surprise but I have just about completely removed it as a possibility at this point.
There may be an additional order pending in Mali but without the LOC/cash then it doesn't mean anything. They could want 1,000 pieces of equipment, if they don't have the money for them then it means nothing to us. Let's hope those guys get their act in order and follow up with a nice sized purchase.
4th quarter looks great though and if we can even get a piece of African business in 2016 it should be a very good year.
