How would the pps at this point affect a class action ruling? If damages are going to be awarded (which they aren't) it would be based on losses incurred at 9/24/12 not on what the stock price is today.
Not really much to report right now, that has more to do with lack of news vs CA. For all we know the plaintiff still owns all the shares he bought in 2012
