Minimal .007 for a 70x gain IMO based on several IHSI technical factors that I am seeing. A penny-plus wouldn't be a surprise, especially when Intel Hwy Solutions adds in revenue from the Ag Grow lighting and $MM building contracts IHSI will explode even further. The O/S is still very low for an early stage OTC company. This one is flying under the radar big time. ;-)
