"Sell the news" is a rule of thumb in the stock market. Does it mean a stock always goes down after news? Of course not, as nothing is 100%. But, this is PPHM.

Selling the "good news" in this sector would probably be a very bad decision. As a general rule, investors should not be too general in the Bio space.
