So we're really waiting for January 17, 2016, a Sunday, to hear from Judge Sullivan, not January 31, 2016. Likely by January 15, 2016 we'll hear from Judge Sullivan. That's only a little over 3 weeks away. The status schedule for December 31, 2015 is still good.

On November 17, 2015 the parties asked the Court to take no action on the proceeding for 60 days. The Court then directed the parties to provide a status report on December 31, 2015.
