As an investor I look for red flags as do many others. Im sorry but couldn't get past your first paragraph -

"Leo had made a comment during his presentation that ’IF WE HAD MORE MONEY WE WOULD BE DOING SO MUCH MORE,.. MORE TRIALS, MORE STUDIES, ETC,.."

I have been saying this for months and all i get is "leo has plenty of money to move trials foward". He just told the world he doesn't have the money to acomplish his tasks.

Now, once again, leo needs hundreds of millions to acomplish his goals and he just told everyone he doesn't have much money.

Huge dilution on the way unless he partners....

Thanks for the report cabel. His obsession with the shorts should trouble people more than it does. His comments around up-listing should trouble people even more. You are correct to have it cause you distress. The lawyer saying definitely in 2016 is funny too.

He says he won't try the easy NYSE route or the lame OTCQB excuse of not wanting people to think they aren't focused on NASDAQ, because he possibly is pulling the wool over your eyes. Remember, this is a guy who talked about up-listing for 2-3 years, put synagogue members on his BOD, and said oh yes let me call NASDAQ, sorry we didn't get listed. Now, he's obsessed about the shorts.

He may be telling you no NYSE, because he might know he'll never get this company up-listed. He doesn't want to commit to the "easier" up-listing route because this would expose him. Keeping everyone focused on NASDAQ, 90 days, etc. buys himself time, and he doesn't want the extra scrutiny. Keep the hurdle high. No deals until after P3. Stay focused on the home run. We don't want base hits here.

This is all so clear. I'm sorry you guys are failing to see it. You will eventually.

The uplisting definitely worries me as he seems adamant on no r/s, no Amex and no strong catalyst - this could mean staying below $2 for long and on pink and open to all easy manipulation - that will definitely keep new investors out

B P3 -18 months mean it is out of catalyst list for at least 6+ months (till the interim results come)

B-OM interim and P topline may come around Apr-May

So again good luck to all to go to the 1st day to cross $2 and struggle to stay above it for 90 days

Hope sometime in 2016 it goes up and allows me to recover my losses.

Awesome report, cabel. I also trusted management more after meeting them five years ago. I suggest other shareholders with doubts to do the same. Their next appearance will be the Biotech Showcase in San Francisco next month.
