You are mixing up thing my dear. Go back read the 8k. There are 100297 series E warrants and 10,917,204 (post split) outstanding. On post split basis,1,895,352 Series C warrants converted to 1,065,763 shares (post split shares). If we apply same formula, minimum of 6 millions new post split shares needed. Geez, this thing(pps), without huge news, will get below $1 soon..
