As of last night, 47% of OCAT shares had been tendered (http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1140098/000119312516435069/d128218dsctota.htm ), up from 36% on 12/17 15 (#msg-119275810).

The addition of only 11% of OCAT shares in the past five weeks calls into question whether this tender will succeed without a sweetened offer.
