most critical, re trying to become exclusive: legal challenge as to tied price, as to monopoly exclusion, as to only FDA approved indication (recent corporate speech ruling opens this), -- and finally, moral grounds or say patients' rights as the SOC is a flexible target with second line becomes 3rd and 4th, and the patient no longer responding and side effects mounting.
CP is logical in every other aspect of his deep analysis, but does not want to jump this hurdle. :) It matters though in value being a bit less than astronomical :(
