Something that is really interesting to me is how young peoples behavior will shape some of these reactions now and more so in the future. Their money handling is different from previous generations and I am interested to see how that plays out over time.
With rates at these levels for this long .... IMO it was past time for 'em to make a move ... but who cares about my opinion - let's just make money :)
