So what did DARTS increased buy-in at $1.08 for 9% of the company do for Peregrine Investors? I believe DART also got a discount on the PPHMP shares he purchased. I think it was $22 or $23/share.

Why didn't the PPHM PPS skyrocket like KBIO when there was a huge investment by an investor?
