and it looks like they are screwing all shareholders with less than 100 shares this time around.
Anyone with less than 100 shares (even if it's 99 shares) will get only 1 share after the reverse split, instead of 50, even though it's only a 1:2 or 1:3 reverse stock split.
Unless it's a mistake in their SEC filing, and it gets changed, but I doubt it.
So anyone with less than 100 shares should be dumping, or adding to get to 100. but with the price just bleeding downward, and the company so misguided that they have to do another reverse split to get back to $4,....
who the heck would want this company?
