I found this AMAZING WEBSITE with new utility scale projects for sale or for partnerships with renewable energy.

Its been forwarded to Falak Holding Group and 3Power Group. Many projects in Panama with indepth analysis. LIke for example $39 million gets you 80Gwatt hrs of power. Many of these are ready to go projects for sale.
