I have Direct TV.
Heavy rain cuts signal to zero.
It comes back in about 5 minutes.
It actually happens before the rain starts(g)

My MIS director had it, and he got rid of it because it was so unreliable. That was about 18-months ago. I'm not sure the problem was due to storms or rain.
