Not yet, still trying to see what is really going on, the reams of information (and some "misinformation?) make that too difficult, I may have to rely on the technical behavior of the stock in order to make a market judgement instead of really trying to predetermine what the market might be and which part will eventually be royalties bearing for IDCC.
Sure. Look at the history of the company. They sued QCOM and they ended up settling for what $7M because they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. Not an ethical company.
