Yep N40k, it's a matter of PPHM specifics,

so what I was driving at, while MH did a very informative description, as always, and BP logistics might move "non finished bulk" from A to B locations or to subcontractors etc, here in our case we should not imply to novices or any one else, that PPHM is not fully controlling its part of the process.
