I'm going to try real hard not to repeat myself but, I'll give you a very hint....THREE YEARS SINCE THE LAWFUL INTERCEPT PATENT AND NO LICENSING AGREEMNET! PERIOD.....What is it that is so difficult to understand ?
What is there to lose by suing? Oh I don't know, how much attorney fees will they have to pay? Versus not having to sue and selling the company?
Part of me would like to see them sue about fifteen companies all at once for about $ 25 billion! Now that would get international news and draw a tremendous amount of attention. CNBC, Mad Money, etc., would be all over it.....But, it might be years before anything develops from it. Or, maybe it'll create a stronge interest to beat the other company to purchase the company. Who the heck really knows?
This has become INSANE. All this questioning about what's happening and the possibility of a sale. Pathetic to say the least.
It sure would be nice to have a company finally do another conference call and or year end follow up on what's happening. I'm sure most would agree.
