Dallas, TX -- December 11, 2015 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Puration, Inc. (PURA) today issued a corporate update.

Earlier this year, at the end of July, Puration acquired the cannabis health and wellness operations formerly owned by North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. (USMJ) in a transaction that will include an issuance of Puration common stock to shareholders of North American Cannabis Holdings. Since the acquisition, Puration has worked to 1. Evaluate the acquired pilot programs and correspondingly develop a commercialization strategy, and 2. Bring Puration back up-to-date with applicable corporate compliance standards.

Evaluate and Commercialize

The evaluation and commercialization strategy development has lead management to a primary focus centered on cannabinoid extractions and the development of extracted cannabinoids into consumer health and wellness products. The Company anticipates releasing more information soon on specific recent developments to open an extraction lab and infusion facility in Colorado. The Company is also working to secure a large scale, commercial hemp farming operation in China. If the Company succeeds in China, Puration will be positioned to potentially be one of the largest hemp extract producers globally.

Corporate Compliance Standards

Prior to entering the emerging cannabis market sector through the acquisition of operations from North American Cannabis Holdings in July of this year, Puration had attempted to develop an entrepreneurial endeavor involving water purification. The startup water purification business ultimately did not solidify into a sustainable operation. Puration fell behind in meeting its corporate compliance obligations. Brian Shipley was appointed by Puration shareholders to redevelop and potentially repurpose the Company and he in turn lead Puration to the recent transaction with North American Cannabis Holdings. Since the transaction with North American Cannabis Holdings, Puration is now again current with the Nevada Secretary of State. The Company has posted 16 delinquent financial reports since July and has only 3 more reports yet to file to bring the company current with its financial reporting requirements.

USMJ Dividend Distribution

After bringing the Puration current with its corporate compliance requirements, management will update the Company’s status with The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and The Depository Trust Company (DTC). Once Puration has confirmed its good standing with both, management will execute the necessary steps to issue Puration common stock to North American Cannabis Holdings shareholders according to the original intent of the transaction between the two Companies.
