Yup, real companies dilute direct. Share selling schemes that you and I deal with, give for example a $75,000 note that they only get $50K of and then give shares to the noteholder(s) to dilute with.

Direct dilution brings in more money with no note that dilutes more shares every month allowing the noteholder a guaranteed profit each month.
