What you are seeing now is law 101,from both sides of the table.... Why not let the Discovery Commissioner's office handle things now????. They do have the appropriate professional authority to make a ruling or at the least, a suggestion to the bench....
I don't see anything that indicates that Tmmi or anyone else has sought to adjourn the current trial dates. The entry on December 10th looks like an extension of the discovery schedule. It appears that the parties agreed to the extension. Routine.... JMO.
