I know, it has nothing to do with anything you've said. Actually just the opposite as your comments are very much appreciated, but I received a PM or two from people and have seen a couple others who are becoming distracted by this discussion. I can understand that, afterall this is a trading thread so I will accomodate their wishes. If I don't it may start to degrade the thread and that is the last thing I want to do.
