Fully agree with this statement--"Technically, it's a PIPE- a Private Investment in Public Equity." AND "The Private Equity Line of Financing" WILL raise money/pay off debt for IHSI. MOST IMPORTANTLY, it WILL raise the price per share. It IS happening. ;-)
