Question for the board.

I read through the decision that was posted earlier. 414 patent specifically stated DNA vector in a "prokaryotic host cell" which implies all bacterial cells. This would be a problem even if Dow were able to produce IGF theorugh Pseudomonas -since Pseudomaonas is a prookaryotic cell. Any opinions.
