They have been flaunting SEC rules by .. FILING .. ABSOLUTELY .. NOTHING .. for three plus years.



Now's the piper to pay. .. Usually happens, it happened to TXM*
just a few weeks ago. .. Don't shoot me, I'm not even the mes-
senger here, you were. .. I am just giving an honest and proper
interpretation, based on my experience with such things.
