Actually nobody knows if oil exists anywhere until they actually drill. After years of testing and analysis using the best geologists in the world, employing the most advanced testing techniques known to man and spending about 7 billion dollars, Shell came up dry in the Arctic. And anybody who has been around ERHC long remembers the bust known as the JDZ.
Maybe there is oil in ERHC's block in Kenya, unfortunately the odds are against it, especially on any single well.
We may get a run pre-drilling but that will be dependent on a clear indication that ERHC has the ability to make it to drilling and being able to pay for it without a massive amount of additional dilution in terms of property sales and/or stock sales.
