With current debt being converted at a low price per share, think the current shareholder base is to small to take on debt THO Insiders have bought up a lot of it, Open Market Buys over 800 millon shares Information is at Nasdaq.com Insider SEC 4 form !! Other thing company could do is planned R/S to correct problem it . with current Insider Holding increase do not think it will be the max of up to 1 for 400 !!
