Yes, MK did try to tap into the US capital markets to secure funding for his business ventures. The very nature of how the markets work is dilutive to all but the last investor.
However, unlike Dean, Jeff, Joe and most of the others we are acquainted with, he was not just using a "story" to sell shares so he could line his pockets. Unfortunately for us, we thought he would be smarter than us and not get conned by the thieves. Had the thieves not soiled the companies, we would be in much better circumstances.
There will be proof of his integrity and business acumen soon enough.
