really????? $1.6 million in converts. heavy volume started around .03. uspr traded down to .088. if we take an average of .015, the $1.6 million is equal to 320,000,000 shares converted at a 50% discount. 320,000,000 shares!
diluted somewhat???? that's hysterical!!!! what exactly does somewhat mean? cause i think uspr with 190 million o/s adding 320 million shares, is a significantly larger amount then just may be diluted.
