IHSI: On follow through...

The MM isn't ready to run this yet. IHSI will run when management
follows through on the highlights I just pointed out. In my opinion,
that isn't very far off.

Meanwhile, the no bid/low vol I have witnessed many times before. One of
my last stocks underwent the same "no attention," "no bid," and "low-volume"
scenario before running 3,400%.
