The glimmer of hope in defense of MK is that he, personally - from what I've gathered, has never diluted, for personal gain, shares of any of the 3 tickers involved

But, he hasn't produced either.

And, I wonder how he has sustained himself throughout this whole thing. I give the man credit that he had previously set himself up but you do wonder as nothing beneficial has happened to the shareholders when they've entrusted themselves to his words.

BTW you would NEVER put that small bid in and watch your money vanish, call Mike and get them for cheaper.
