If they declare bankruptcy its going to kill relationships with their retailers. Why would they do that as we can clearly see that they're expanding with new products into the likes of Walmart. Why not just declare the bankruptcy months ago. Write everything off. Then pick up the pieces and begin the new initiatives. It just doesn't make sense to me.
Maybe someone a little smarter can counter what I'm saying here.
