Nope. If you have a receipt for 10 dollars, Look at your bank statement. You will see a charge of - you guessed it - 10 dollars. Not 10.07, not 10.02. Because the company you spent the money on absorbs the fees; it's up to the BANK who PROVIDES the service to charge you an annual fee, for example. In any case if you insist that I'm wrong then I'd be more than happy to hear the answer to my question. But remember, you originally said that a portion of what I spent would be donated. We've at least confirmed that the non-partnering company we spend money at would expect full payment, no less, making it impossible to donate a "fractional portion" using the same money you've just spent at a non partnering retailer.
