Yes, it could go as low as the $17 area. Just jumped in OVTI here at $37.26 and sold EXPE at $80.51 for another $.61 on the way to the quad bucker on this one...
Conelda - I do think they will avoid a bk filing, or at least that's the bet. Too much for everyone to loose. Not only regular bk losses, but banks are unsecured. Further, favorable trading positions may be escaped by counterparties if a filing is made. Big gamble, but I think MIR avoids bk fwiw.
