I guess what I am saying is that IF anyone reading this is an Ameritrade customer AND you don't like the FACT that they posted on their web site that they won't be providing Philadelphia Exchange data THEN you should call Ameritrade and COMPLAIN... this is what PHLX expects customers to do... complain and make them pay up (and continue to offer the data for free to their best customers as a cost of doing business)...
I could care less about Joe Six Pack, I want the data free through my broker... they can charge whatever they want to the rest of the world... this was my phone call to Ameritrade a few moments ago...
