I called the Philly Exchange and was told there is a "new way to access that information now" and will be getting a call back... I'll let you know what I hear.
To receive SOX.X data now you have to subscribe directly to the PBOT and the symbol has changed, to either $SOX or $SX, effective Monday, 7/3. This change includes all indices maintained by the PBOT, and the .X has been dropped on all PBOT indices. Note: PBOT also maintains the XAU, so that index is affected as well.
