This has been attempted on several occasions throughout the years. Everytime access to the property has been requested, it has been denied or ignored. The only way you are getting on the property is if the cretins who run it are sure you will toe the company line (e.g. Dr. Kleen).
A friend of mine offered to pay for an independent geologist to assess the property and provide an unbiased report. The request was ignored. Another friend asked for a tour of the property. Originally, he was slated for a tour but when JJ found out he was slightly skeptical, he was denied access. Google earth indicates that some work is being done on the property but who knows what that work actually is. The only way to verify the claims of the company would be to go down there and put boots on the ground. Good luck getting approval for that. I suppose renting a helicopter and flying over the property would do the trick but who really wants to spend that kind of dough when they are already way under water.
