Take the time to 'READ' the filing for why she fired the accountant. He wouldn't cow-tow to her whims and cook the books, fudge numbers or rework them to her liking

A rough patch? This company has been in business since 2007/2008. In all this time BRWC has never earned even one penny. The financials have been deemed to be unreliable from the get go when Patrick Rodgers was the original accountant/auditor. He too was spanked by the SEC and the PCAOB for wrongful practices.
This ROUGH PATCH has lasted 7 or 8 years now.
