So?? QCOM bought Flairion because it had some HUSPA pats. If HUSPA, (which it will), hits big do you think just because Q owns SOME HUSPA pats they get to charge the same rate as for CDMA? Lots of folks Own ipr's (IDCC included) in that. The market is telling you it thinks Q will have to CUT it's royality rate(as I have been saying on this board for YEARS).
