It means it was 40 degrees above zero. i.e. Plus fourty degrees. We use fahrenheit here in the states...

I don't think there was much else too it except for the fact he was probably freezing his a$$ off.

Nice to see that co updated its Share Structure @ OTC, with that it confirms the no dilution factor, the OS is same since 2013 and 81% of the OS getting hold by Insiders, approx 2.4B, the float is still same with 530M, all as of yesterday.

Right now, if CO would issue to third a 25% stake of Co, example to Venture Capital investor's, the OS would go up with 1B Shares and would be restricted for @least 1 year. With that the SS would be again mostly maxed out. ( or pref shares, with its reserved and its restricted common shares) TTCM

Australia uses Celsius Degrees. 40 degrees is very warm,well over 100 degrees in USA.
