Interesting. I have a vague recollection of 34th armor and his disgust in PVEC when they didn't show up to court in TX. I remember he supposedly was in contact with Kerry around then since he had some sort of legal connection. Interesting indeed.

The Wells Notice being issued to the company and/or individuals apparently has been known by a few for quite some time. Seems the only insiders who were not aware of this event were the subcontractors.

I would time the arrival of the Wells Notice with the sudden disappearance of the CMR website from the public arena, as well as Kerry's posts on other forums.

The CMR website is still "coming soon" http://www.cmresearchllc.com/ and Ellen Pao is still listed as the Interim CEO of CMR according to this data base, which is totally hilarious. Albeit I know nothing about who can upload company data into this website, I am not familiar with it except for a source of third party information.

First off Ellen Pao, ex CEO of Reddit, likely has zero connection to CMR and has never heard of them and secondly, CMR is only Jason Baker and Kerry Thacker. They utilize subcontractors according to the documents in the Connecticut court system database regarding the Section 3(a)(10) exemption hijacking by XNRG, another stock which utilized CMR's "services".

There are no other principal members of CMR so how Ellen Pao could be named as the interim CEO is beyond me. Likely another fabrication. And a fabrication of little importance in the grand scheme of things as they stand now. Funny though, Ellen Pao new CEO of CM Research LLC.

Maybe someone should consider changing that.
