AGN's generic is sold only in one avenue so I don't see it as being material. If the result set up a competitive situation such as a duopoly or some other competitive advantage I'd agree with you, but it doesn't.
We don't even know if AGN has any material sales of Enox and I doubt it does. There is no boilerplate language that I'm aware of that calls out which products would or would not have to be spun off but I wouldn't think Agn's Enox would meet the test.
