I have no doubt that the b**** owns a house, cars, jewelry and a lot more, so there ARE assets to be seized. And she didn't do all this alone - there are at least a few co-conspirators involved.
And the case would prove fraud so that she could be indicted and sent to live with a cellmate who'll force her to eat tuna every day.
