If there is historical data for the two symbols, it would be fairly simple to create an Excel chart to do the comparison. I the two move pretty much in unison with each other, offset by a day, then we might have something close to tommorrow's results today. However, I cannot believe someone hasn't tried this.

Kovu, here's a quickie 3 month compare of EWJ and ^N225 from Yahoo. There does seem to be about a one day lag between the peaks and bottoms...
