Sorry... here's a fact you're not gonna like... Katan's suits to halt the Domino Sugar project are over. He LOST his FINAL suit months ago.

I've been watching that project for a few years now, and Two Trees is well into construction at the site. They've been hard at work demoing and prepping the main building for months. Gonna be an amazing site when complete, with lots of public space and amazing views of Manhattan.

There will be no Katan "windfall" from the Domino Sugar project.
