Best opportunity in EPGL since last parabolic rise has been the last several weeks. The timing is now before agreement is reached. A deal with even a few million up front is huge in the OTC's, we don't know, I don't expect a lot up front, I do expect huge potential on the back end on royalty payments and other compensation not afforded by CVI on the front end of the deal.
Regardless if cash upfront is 2 mill 20mill, 200milly, that's a huge positive for a stock trading .05. It's the backend of the agreement that will provide the largest future revenues I bet!
