Brooksda, what share price then should we be at? Do you know what the fully diluted share structure is? Because with the merger, ORT gets shares in TDEY? So, how many did they get, and where is the filing showing this? There is literally no way to value the price per share without the company immediately telling us what they have for stock as beneficial owners.
