sounds very familiar to an Eddie Vakser comment or rationalization when he always just assumed things & then thought maybe he could fool some of the investing public by adding forward looking Statements & Safe Harbor Provisions... very telling, especially when facts show otherwise[/color] So NO hypothesis needed here as a simple phone call even, so no face to face would have been needed for any of the investing public seeking actual & factual truths. They do have to approve all corporate actions or reject them & notify the submitting party as to why & w/I (supposedly 5 days as per their website...although w/ their move underway they are running now 3 weeks or so be hind)
