sounds very familiar to an Eddie Vakser comment or rationalization when he always just assumed things & then thought maybe he could fool some of the investing public by adding forward looking Statements & Safe Harbor Provisions... very telling, especially when facts show otherwise[/color] So NO hypothesis needed here as a simple phone call even, so no face to face would have been needed for any of the investing public seeking actual & factual truths.
