So, I was doing a little digging on that address.. Want to know something weird? That address is not only used in the last 8k for $mely - http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1329136/000132913615000026/melyjohnsonremoval_8k.htm, but also in the 10k issued out by $srgl / ' Source Gold Corporation ' http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1437925/000159406215000323/form10k.htm .

To my understanding - that company is also trying to get into the bitcoin mining business. I haven't followed up with them, but to my understanding they have a lot of capital on hand. It's something worth checking up on. Possible merger in the works???

disregard my previous post, it appears that address belongs to incsmart.biz - a business that helps companies incorporate. I was hoping this was not the case.
